Refund policy

CANCELLATION - On occasion we may need to cancel a class due to insufficient bookings or Covid Isolation.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will offer a re-schedule or voucher for a future class. If you need to reschedule we require 24 hour notice - this can only be done due to illness, in this case it is possible to rescheduled at no charge or have the deposit amount provided as a voucher. Refunds will not be issued.

CLASS TIMES – The class times are as per the website ie. Day/date/time. Classes run for 2hours so it is important we start on time and artists arrive 15minutes before commencement.

COVID – 19 

Staff are all full vaccinated and we follow government rulings fully.

You can attend the studio if you are double vaccinated and can provide a certified vaccination certificate in your name.

If cancellations occur due to a lockdown we will issue a voucher to rebook at a later date alternatively you may request a refund.

If you are unwell please refrain from attending the class, we shall issue you with a voucher to use at a later date.

If in quarantine awaiting a covid-19 test result or you have covid-19 please let us know prior to your booking and we can issue a voucher to be used at a later date.
